I took a look at a piece from the editorial board of Scientific American and from there we jump off into the limits of scientific research as it pertains to Constitutional Law (which is the expertise of SCOTUS).

A study in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health examines the fraction of children with asthma that is attributable to gas stoves in the home. Interesting take, but there are a few things worth pointing out.
