A new study is suggesting that naming and shaming countries can get a domestic population more motivated to address climate change. The study is interesting and provides an example of science addressing a question, but it's up to the moral conscience to decide if it's a good choice.
Excellent piece in the Washington Post is a bit of reflection and points out adjustments needed in science communication.
